A great short film! I can hardly believe how the Austrian guide scene has been so slow to accept female guides. Disclosure: I'm a British man who has always loved skiing and climbing in Austria, my favourite Alpine destination (including the Dolomites, esp Sud Tirol). When I have partnered with female guides, I have always appreciated their interest and concern for their client's experience on the day - in short, empathy. So I'm surprised to learn how little female guides are represented in the Austrian guiding scene. But that's just me, I guess...

Hi. 2 Sachen die mich davon abhalten den Rucksack zu kaufen. 1. Der Verschluss vom Hauptfach des 30l ist alltagsuntauglich. Ich muss jedes Mal zwei Verschlüsse öffnen und schließen und dann noch wickeln? Das dauert zu lange, wenn ich etwa mit Kindern durch die Stadt laufe. 2. Der Rucksack sieht aus als würde er nicht selbst stehen. Positiv finde ich, dass das Laptop Gedöns herausnehmbar ist. Damit habe ich es im Alltag nicht dabei und kann meinen Rucksack bei Bedarf in einen Business Rucks wandeln, was selten gebraucht wird bei mir. Zu euren Use cases. Warum ist diese Art von Rucksack für Städtetrips und Business gedacht. Das gilt über alle Hersteller hinweg. Viel interessanter ist doch der Alltag als Familienmensch. Kindersachen, schnell noch der Einkauf für die nächsten 3 Tage und zwischendurch noch der Spielplatz. Da muss der Rucksack schnell und einfach sein und Business ist die Sonderlösung.

I'm a bit confused by something shown in this video: at 1:18 you show the green pack to have front access to the main compartment, similar to what the top-loading Trail packs have, which is a great system. However, I checked your catalog and no Futura pack has this feature; they have a smaller access zipper at the bottom. How do you explain that? I ask because that big front zipper to access the main compartment is highly desirable. BTW, it's unfortunate your new Futura 27 doesn't have bottom entry when the old Futura 28 did.

Schön präsentiert, aber warum muss ich mir Werbung vorher anschauen? Ein Unternehmen wie deuter sollte nicht auf die 12,73 € Werbeeinnahmen angewiesen sein, vor allem wenn die Werbung für die Chinaschrottvariante eines Trinkrucksacks für 7€ ist.

The previous Aircontact Ultra 50+5 does not have the zip compartment in the lid at the inner side (i.e at the SOS instructions face). Does this new 40+5 has it? It is very useful for maps, wallet... Couldn't find yet any video or picture showing it yet. I appreciate if someone could answer me that. Thank you!

Bei meinem Deuter Rucksack ist nach über 10 Jahren der Reissverschluss kaputt gegangen ich wusste gar nicht dass es einen Reparaturservice gibt. Habe deshalb einen neuen gekauft und mein neuer Rucksack ist heute geliefert worden. Aufgrund der Qualität ist es wieder ein Deuter geworden und er ist einfach nur Top, viele clevere Detaillösungen ich bin begeistert. Evtl gebe ich meinen alten bei Globetrotter ab da er ansonsten immer noch gut ist, keine Löcher, nichts ausgeleiert keine verblassten Farben etc. Den neuen behalte ich aber auf jeden Fall trotzdem. Der Alte ist mir aber irgendwie ans Herz gewachsen und er hat praktisch ganz Europa gesehen, war aber auch im Alltag fast täglich im Einsatz. Wie viele Tonnen der wohl im Laufe der Jahre bewegt haben muss? Ist halt irgendwie "mein" Rucksack. Weiter so, bester Rucksackhersteller. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung an alle. Lieber ein paar Euro mehr für Top-Qualität ausgeben ihr habt seeeeeehr lange etwas davon. Wenn ich mir dagegen meinen Evoc Rucksack für Enduro Touren ansehe....... naja, der war zwar auch teuer aber ist Qualitativ viel schlechter. Btw ein guter Image Film.

Passt ein Bear Canister BV500 auch problemlos in den Ultra 50 (senkrecht) und passt er vielleicht auch quer rein?

Ich bin gespannt wie er sich trägt. Ich laufe im Juni knapp 150km in 5 Tagen und da sollte der Rucksack definitiv das erfüllen was er verspricht..😉🤗

Was konkret ist beim neuen Trans Alpine 30 anders? Beim bisherigen hat mich das fehlende Helmfach geärgert. Helm einclipsen hat in der Praxis dazu geführt, dass der Helm sich regelmäßig, z.B. in der Bahn, löst und runter fällt.

Thanks, it looks like a really well designed vest. It's great that it has a dedicated reservoir compartment and that it is possible to attach poles at the bottom. It would be nice to have the option of a 15~ liter version too.

bought my first deuter in 2005, tried so many other brands and i think deuter makes the best back systems out there in the market. Bought another one last Christmas with airstripes back system for my son, as a very good school bag as well. thanks deuter
